MCC's health related program graduates are recognized leaders throughout the region. Explore this page to learn more about the admission criteria and selection process for entry into these career fields.
All competitive health related programs at MCC begin in the Fall semester. The application deadline date is January 31st for Fall programs. Nursing (NU01 and NU02) is also available in Spring, with an application date of September 30th.

Admission Requirements & Selection Process
Current, Transfer, Returning and/or Adult Students
Please refer to the admission information sheets below.
Students who do not meet the minimum entrance requirements, need additional quality points, or who apply after the application deadline, will be admitted into Health Studies - Clinical Track (HS03) or Liberal Arts - General Studies (LA04). Students will have the opportunity to work with an academic advisor toward their program goal. See Admission and Application Process for additional information.

Current High School Students
The programs listed below have reserved seats for incoming high school students. High school seniors who meet the minimum entrance requirements and apply by the application deadline date (January 31st) will be considered.
If a high school applicant is not admitted, does not meet the minimum entrance requirements, or applies after the application deadline date, they will be admitted into Health Studies - Clinical Track (HS03) or Liberal Arts - General Studies (LA04). Students will have the opportunity to work with an academic advisor toward their program goal. (Refer to section above for “Current, Transfer, Readmit, Returning, and/or Adult Students.”)
